Well look it actually does have a big impact on PA as churning through billions of shares can be painful compared to a nice tight low SOI stock but it's not the be all and end all that the poster was trying to indicate.
The stock he owns has gone from $2.47 to 72 cents in the last 12 months will low SOI. That was the point.
