It certainly is interesting times, and in many different areas which all have influence on the market place. So much info to keep up with.
As for 'when to buy', up to each and everyones DD, risk, LTH, STH, Trade, etc.
There are some well informed posts on the IMU threads, but unfortunately a lot of S*** too.
Me, I just play trade with IMU at the moment until things turn and we are above the 200sma, I will then LTH as I believe one (or more) of their treatments WILL win out. It has much potential to be next big Pharma. Hence my sentiment is 'buy' , but this week 'hold' lets see what washes out.
