Yeah, you're spot on, all over it.
The only differing thing at that time was that RSI wasn't very hot so not useful in that particular instance so you look for another indicator. You can see that there was a squeeze of the bollies at that time and remembering that a squeeze is the beginning of a new trend and a bulge is the end of a trend so to match the wick way out of bollies you also had a new trend being displayed therefore a sell signal is printed.
And then if you want to get technical, the hourly and 30 min charts would have been screaming at you.
