A good finish last week.
Depth has gathered momentum to be a buyer side weighting at the moment.
Daily chart: Bollinger Bands diverging, with the price candle exceeding the top BB. MACD has just moved above the line, RSI now above the 70% line.
DMI+ diverging from the DMI- line. ADX is still below the ADXR, but it has turned and looks to make a play for the cut of the ADXR.
Big thing to watch this week is if ADX cuts and stays above the ADXR, with the DMI+ above and diverging from the DMI- line. This should see us extend upwards hopefully, if the rest of the indicators stays positive until it crosses back.
Big question is if this movement is sustainable in the next week when the rest of the trading community comes back from holidays, or did we just see a slackening if the reigns over the long weekend?
