Thanks for that @Fid much appreciated. Yep it does not line up with the final trade we saw, but I have seen this a fair few times in the past.
My understanding is, and quote:
"The final ASX closing time At 4:10pm, we have the Closing Single Price Auction, where the algorithm applies again to determine the closing auction price at which any overlapping orders are matched off against each other."
Hence why it differs, anything after 4:10pm auction is excluded from the algorithm.
