just to clarify, the picture you posted should have been "Bearish and Bullish" patterns. Bullish pennants usually continue to break to the upside.
Given all the other positive indicators, as stated in @Jase99 post a few above, I'd like to think this is a bullish pennant.
Nasdaq Biotechnology Index finished slightly higher overnight last night with a 12 point increase.Guess we will find out today or tomorrow which way this goes.
