The plunging SP is not just because of actions or inactions of the board IMHO. The whole stock market in the US is plunging due to macro economic conditions and we follow it down. People are protecting their cash by dumping their stocks and investing in bonds. Again, this is my opinion only and I am no economic guru, so I could easily be wrong. But it is the reason why I am just bunkering down and riding out the storm. Yes, the lack of progress reports on various trials is not helping but I am prepared to wait longer for some good news.
