Great day indeed! 11.6% increase.
I don't believe that a more complete picture can be derived until the close of the next trading day as the trend was definitely downward or even quite possibly coming to a stable position. Many stocks also had a good day today unexpectedly.
That said, maybe there is some lag in the market digesting the recent announcement and joining the dots....
