I agree with you Mr Gold.
Apart from bots, how is it that “the level playing field” of the ASX allows Chi-X trading to pip us mortals on buys and sells eg. if sell price is 10.5 and buy price is 10, they can offer to buy or sell at 10.25. Hardly fair, and frustrating if you are first in the queue!
Perhaps a fairer way of dealing with bots, given that they are not associated with a brokerage fee, is to set a bot fee of $100 for every bot transaction.
In relation to the unfair advantage held by Chi-X users, why not extend the same rules to ALL?
