That doesn't make a lot of sense though, as the options are also publicly traded, and will continue to trade at a premium.
So even if you're basing your calculations on holders who received these options for $0, selling heads at 11.8c you'd be sacrificing a share, to acquire a share, and at the same time, losing the option value (currently 4.2c).
