Having no pressing need to sell then, unless they become very favourably out of sync with the heads why not wait for the CGT benefit to accrue.
Plenty of time to benefit from share price appreciation in the meantime and being under the impression they may lag the heads somewhat will be looking for that as a signal when the time is ripe.
