I don't know much about charting, but based on past experience, that sell side of market depth smack of absolute desperation. In reality, who would put up their intention to sell/buy so clearly? Any real buyers/sellers would be off screen. Those are just road blocks desperately trying to stop the inevitable. The buy side are retailers for real but the big buyers, they are not showing their hands.
