strategies are never a constant..............with Biotech the only thing that is constant is change so the strategies get tweaked. Nothing wrong with readjusting one's end point when things do not go as you wished they would. Profit is king and if it can be attained then why not. Nobody here can say this will not drop back under 7c nor can they say that 20c is a given by Xmas

This is very alarming if not already been noticed and the question remains........WHY not???
