It's all still pretty inconclusive, patterns always are until the end as they can change pretty quickly. If I look at it on a 1day chart and ignore the wicks it looks more like it (using orange line)
But it definitely doesn't work that way on a 1hour chart, there are a lot more touches on the horizontal 12c line too which makes me lean toward an ascending triangle. Much better for trading too...
