Charts are just arranged statistics, Whether the buying and selling is via a bot or a human, Stats are left behind. Often in patterns of time or place on a charts you can plot. If you look at them long enough you can often predict the next move. Or the odds of the next move. In my opinion the odds that we may finish in the .13's are pretty good. Certainly the .12's are depleting. They're just the odds. I could be wrong.
