You don't have to guess, I'm happy to tell you. I am a new holder from 5c, IMU has been in my watchlist for several years now, I like to watch the market darlings but I'm reluctant to buy things that are in the mist of a significant rise, I like to wait for more lucrative opportunities and buy stocks that seem to have bottomed out. I was trading IMM and IMU was a good peer to keep my eye on. Being a chartist and someone who can read, it is easy to see how a stock has behaved in the past if you are willing to take the time to look at past announcements and mark them on a chart. Events like "sold down to 4c when there was no negative clinical update" is exactly why I trade the way I do. I have been burnt in the past when my gut has told me to sell and to be honest, they have been the best lessons I have learnt in trading. It gave me a much greater respect for market mechanics. I have missed a lot of the cream doing this but I'd rather trade cautiously than loose money. I hope that helps you understand why I trade like this
