Is anyone here able to explain what those divergences mean and why they are bullish?
For example the classic might be something like it indicates a low volume sell off, increasing the probability of reversal. For the hidden it could be the opposite, high volume sell off but even on high volume price was not able to make a lower low before approaching oversold territory meaning the bullish move preceding it was far stronger, indicating bulls are still in control.
