Yeah, I agree with you and on a broader scale, I believe always skewing to the downside is a by-product of a long and severe downtrend. It’s takes a while to turn the ship around into a solid uptrend where the skewing will be on the upside.
Hate to say it but it’s also a by-product of a high SOI stock where at every cent or so upwards there is just so much supply not to mention “trapped” supply.
You ain’t going to see a CU6 style run here. (Worth taking a look)
