In my opinion, don't listen to the know it alls who have an answer for everything. If you're looking at technicals they are what they are. In my opinion... and this might not be recieved well... technicals will usually outweigh fundamentals. Fundamentals are very important but will only decide the direction of a share prices trajectory and the magnitude of it's move. Technicals decide what the SP will be. I don't think there are many stocks that are fairly priced, it's all sentiment, hype or fear. Hence you get bubbles, oversold stocks and so on. Otherwise would the share price have gone from over 60c to below 4c? You can't say that any of that was fundametally sound...
