21st of June 23:

At the end of the June quarter Imugene has $153.2 million in cash or equivalents, [...] Net cash received in operating activities for the quarter amounted to $1.59 million

.....on the 18th of August announces CR.

I 'd think that with this kind of record a cautious stance is granted
