Correct.. midpoint capping has been around for as long as IMU has traded north of 10c, frustrating to watch, but nothing new.
If there's any brightside buyers likely covered brokerage vs paying the offer.
The midpoint action ceases just prior to close as the MMs pull their quotes, hence it tagged 12 now. Auction is fair game though! 12 c done
