This Dog donkey made me buy my second house in one of best suburb (not apartment, proper house), but I waited 5 years for it to gain that traction while dunking as much as I can (which I could loose without any issue to my day to day life), this requires patience, I am not sure they are gonna to become sucessfull or not, in that journey you will get another chance.. you should just get out when that happens.. or risk it.. but again DYOR and invest what you can loose without impacting your day to day life
