    Yes there was a CR was to buy the Carolina Manufacturing facility + Azer-Cel, since that was what was for sale. IMU didn't want the manufacturing facility part of the deal, so they sold it as soon as they could get what they thought was a reasonable deal. As to why instos would think this was a negative I have no idea
