Depend if the big seller is done, 8M shares were traded on open at 8.3c and this was scooped up by off market buyers which weren't shown on the market depth (there were nowhere near 8M shares on the buy line at 8.3c).
Also the 50M sell market depth from 10.5-15c hasn't moved for weeks so doesn't look like a majority of them are RI given you would think they would move their sell order much lower given the big drop in the last few days.
