Yes it is important that we don’t have misleading posts here, although we often do! ( and some of these dickheads need to realise they could be doing damage to a person’s hard earned).
Yes we do need both sides, not just constant fluff.

The SOI is a concern, but not necessarily in view of the ultimate prize, just hope it doesn't get any worse.
I suspect that selling the plant off wasn’t on the cards when they acquired the Azer cell ip, but since then the idea / opportunity arose and they ran with it.
I think the idea came more recently and it was a good move, therefore improving the fundamentals.
And finally, I do like to see a good chart although don’t fully understand the terminology . i’ll work on that.
