What happened to 2c lol. The acquisition was for Azer-Cel IP and the cost of running the manufacturing infrastructure for 8 months (IMU probably recoup some of the cost from the $6M USD). The market or "someone"isn't happy that IMU haven't release the new data cut 5 months after the initial one for the ACCR conference.
