Doing some more reading, as I remember a friend (Director of an ASX company) saying that he couldn't sell his shares outside EOFY.
Found the ASX listing page.
A Director or family can not sell at mid or end FY reporting, 4weeks.
But for "perception management" for a listed company it is suggested by the ASX that they have their own self imposed trading windows, and blockout the rest of the year (closed periods).
I have no idea how to get IMU's self imposed windows for trading, but it is implied that they are not expected to release any PS information during this time.
