Disheartening. Why did she say 'I don't know'? So ingenuous it was not believable actually. What if there was some suppression of the SP underway, and what if the reason for staying under 10 was to entrap SH and prevent selling (at a loss) to keep funds locked up... I mutter in darker moments. In any case, this is a weird game.
