finding the exit is just as, if not more important then finding the golden goose to begin with. I think people thought i was mad selling my IMU holdings at 47.5 and at the time i could see that the stock would go a lot higher on good results in the clinical trials but 7 bags was still a very good pay day so i exited. i then started buying and selling the stock in the .30s and made a further 35% still very good for 2 weeks work.

Im going to give IMU a break for a while as my other holdings are doing well and i want to keep my eye on the pulse of those to time the exit right. there too.

An investment is not an investment if you dont sell it and a bird in the hand is always worth two in the bush.

Trying not to give advice, but making an income off the stock market does have a level of gambling to it and if you are using borrowed money to play its better to be conservative. But i will say this, whether its right or wrong never second guess your decision. you made the right decision at the time with the information available to you, dont regret it.
