35 billion? You mean 7.2 billion? Which is what they actually have issued.
And to your point, no, it doesnt matter about the SOI, if there is no interest in the company no value will trade, look at TMK for example. similar amount of shares on issue but no where near the same value trades, they would be lucky to get on average $1500 traded, not the $2.4 million IMU does.
