Yeah I know what you mean and it’s so easy to take the position of enough is enough, when is this going to end?

But when taking on the role of providing liquidity, they can scoop up enough on the small rises to provide enough liquid for the way down.
We had a discussion the other day about what the market would be like if we didn’t have MM’s. I personally don’t know as I’ve not experienced a market without them but I can tell you that the low liquidity stocks are dam hard to get a decent position and then even harder to close it.
Dunno, we can argue with the umpires all we like but in the end we just have to get on with the game.
