Hi@LifeStar, a little bit of help always helps.

I was using Chrome at the start but nothing was working so i went to Firefox the next day, it worked a little better but still not usable. I then went back to Chrome and it has become a little better each day. less lagging and freezing and less kick outs but it still happens.

Im not sure if it was in one on the customer service emails or i read it somewhere else but it suggested a 15 to 17 inch screen with some resolution settings. This may clear up my issue with the small screen and if its larger the lines would be easier to read but the colours are still not good.
