lets say i was trading the ASX intraday/or scalping a bar
i bar at time..i use to trade the spi..a 50 volume chart,,fast but not any more a long time ago
so i don't have that chart any more,
so lets look at Thursdays bar, and i want to enter Fridays market for a scalp..
so i look at the range of Thursday..as i am on a daily..we have the high of 65.69 plus the low of 64.62 = 130.31 / 2 = 65.155 support asx closed 65.44
So the following day the range was 65.04 open, low 64.38..so you can see it can't take out the the resistance...opened 64.99....always for a scalp the middle is the sweetest
but if you are scalping you do the same stuff on the previous bar.. get your entry either buy/sell so the sweet spot target to take would have been profit at 64.69 = 31 tics
close 64.75 but i am doing on the daily.., but same principal on one bar at a time if scalping 5min , 10 min chart..
