Good point @slick on the emotional rollercoaster ride that has been IMU. I have observed the same here also such that when I look to gauge the sentiment of the wider market today I find that some of the hype and pump that surrounds many small caps is no different from what I would expect to find on a day out at the ponies or a night out playing games of chance. With ASIC records showing that in early 2020 newly created or reactivated retail broking accounts where averaging 4600 per day I feel that the market forever changed during the first few months of COVID lockdown. Market script writers and media wizards alike now more than even even regularly use terms like ‘stock winners’ and ‘stock losers’ and ‘stock tips’. We may or may not like the future proofing answers that await but we will have answers soon. Till then stay safe one and all. Chart of my data feed below. My opinion only of course!
