While I agree with @Taureanbull that the sellers are mostly gone, that's not to say they won't come back should price break through .05. but there's a reasonably strong base forming from which to launch off now if/when the time comes.

The averages have crossed but this mustn't be taken as a buy signal, just a nudge to sit up & take notice.
Now's the time to show us your bollies on the daily & hourly & for some constructive critique I would find something faster than the 8ema for confirmation or do away with it altogether, you've been around long enough to know what to do once above the median & should you be proven wrong.
Nasdaq bio up 2.21% overnight so we may get some love today.
