Firstly, I recommend a read of @wednesdayschild post regarding the price action of last Thursday-Friday where she puts her opinion up for discussion, excellent stuff imo. Working off this, I provide a two session look back that shows that apart from a handful of codes the Biotech sub-sector was up or even, not often seen from my experience.

The PSAR indicator generated an entry signal at the COB on 21 August. Both the Stochastic & Relative Strength price oscillators are heading into overbought territory so there may be some retracement as @slick has mentioned with the wicks above the upper BB.
@GmundStables is spot on when he mentions the volumes required to move the needle.
