Rules bound maneuvering can only be effective for some time, which IMO is very evident in
1. Movement/stagnation of SP
2. Reduced posts with beaks pecking the thumbs up, hoping for change in sentiment from readers, which way though!!!!!!
3. Posts that repeat similar things, back patting each other with no movement in SP
IMO the aides are failing to get scrips from the retailers.....good luck,
till then plenty of opportunities to top up, average down
