Hey Tsack, Is that suspicion of a low ball TO on the back of any indications or previous experiences'. As I thought of the same thing, but dismissed it !
Ten years ago I was in a mining company, and we went to the AGM in Perth. Nothing was said in the meeting, then the next day came an announcement that the company had been taken over in a hostile TO. The Chairman and founder was normally upbeat about everything, in not being able to not talk up the prospects of the company (sound familiar !). He sat quietly only answering questions with Yes/ No answers prior and during the AGM, and was off the scene for a month or so before the AGM.
It would give a few explanations with Leslie's sudden silence !
