    Hey Wellconsiddered,
Should anything by way of a Take Over occur prior to August 31st 2026 (That's for the IMUOEs) the same principles and exercise prices, would come under effect for any other series of Options.

Two possibilities can occur, and I'll use the IMUOEs as an example.

1- Should shares be suspended from trading, pending an Extra Ordinary General Meeting, in gaining shareholder approval in accepting a T/O. If accepted and a price is named, IMU have the choice to deduct the Strike/ exercise price from the accepted price and pay out the difference. Therefore if sold for $1.00 per share, with an exercise strike of $0.118c then the holder would receive $0.882c per share.

2- IMU could also hold the Options in trust. Should the holder pay the strike $0.118c in exercising the option any time prior to August 31st 2026, then they would forward $1.00 per share created, for whatever portion had been exercised.

The first option is usually done, however I've seen both.

I hold 20% fully paid shares, with 80% in IMUOE's.

You've sparked my interest in buying more. I might get a few more before any news drops !

Hopefully I've helped with your query.

    -GO IMU!
