If Mbank is allowed to sell those totaling to 200m shares for shorting reasons a physical / legal change of ownership would have been declared as those shares would be held and registered by other names. That hasn't happened, and unless there is any another hidden way to do this, I think it is unlikely.
The shares are withheld by MBank as a security asset to be able to recover their $10m.
But obviously they had no problems to extend the loan as he still got $ millions to invest or actually to waste into RAD and CHM. The strange thing is, he can easily convince MBank but not any decent LT investor or big pharma to invest in IMU or CHM. Supports again my assumption, not willing at all to invite big pharma or LT US investors, rather to happily accept or even force a declining sp.
How long will the major sh support that strategy or are they all participants?
