I asked someone once why a stock that I was watching had tiny parcels of shares being sold down to the next price point each minute or so. They explained that it would be an algorithm of perhaps a super fund programmed to do that. I guess they knew what they were doing. It annoyed me they were nibbling down.
But today the algorithm seems to have been nibbling UP to 5.2.
Anyone know about this?
