As predicted we're doing that slow protracted decline as money tightens up.
I honestly think we're still worth casually chipping into on the decline since the upside is insanely high, but these external macro-economical factors are about to crush every single market. If we're already at the bottom when this element hits we will be in a far better position than most.
Expecting high-mid 3's then a surprise post-AGM into commercial agreement in '25.
