The CF33 total addressable market is only $US400 billion a year so the four year extension only adds $US1.6 trillion to the patent lifetime addressable market. Some might, like the ASX, consider this justifies a price sensitive announcement.
Not sure if the negative posters are a shingle short or have some other reason to deny that this announcement of the Stage 4 heavily pretreated bile duct about to die patient being CANCER FREE now for 2 years as a result of a minuscule dose in the Phase 1 trial where he likely rocked to participate simply in the hope that it might help others in the future is not significant and requiring an announcement.
Again the ASX considered it of sufficient significance that it was allowed as being price sensitive.
It is clear such posters do not follow the science or even bother to listen to Professor Fong when he speaks about how he operated on patients like this patient on a weekly basis knowing they had little if any chance for a complete cure.
Strange individuals inhabit this space.
