With thanks to @bavarian1975 the following is a paste of his memory of the AGM (which aligns withi my memory - although I think the reference to licensing discussions might have been more carefully guarded - understandably).

“From memory, Essentially they did... a. the voting... B. LC went through the slide pack. C. Q and A.... When next data cut for Vaxinia? Data cut is expensive/time consuming - sometime in 2025. Will there be a CR? Not planned, will let you know will there be a consolidation? No - not on the cards at all. Will there be an R &D rebate? Yes just sorting out some details - should be before end of year. What about B cell? Licensing discussions in progress - will let you know when finalised.Look out for Data on Azer Cell 1b + oncarlytics in the new year. Some questions from the floor... I cant remember them...not after a daily update or running commentary mate, just that the AGM lacked info and the messages are ambiguous and the market has reacted poorly to that. I do think our CEO should reassure or otherwise clarify for shareholders in light of significant price action recently.”

But key for me is CR not planned, licensing discussions in progress.

If a CR does suddenly happen then there would be some serious questions to be answered, but from a company watching every word it’s saying given we assume licensing discussions are in progress, I can’t see the problem.
