Yesterday (20/12/24), IMU bounced nicely off horizontal support up +5.56% on an exceptionally weak market, with XJO down -1.24%
IMU market reactions have occurred on important Fibonacci time zones set out from 11 November.
- 11/11/24 -high,
- 22/11/24 - low,
- 4/12/24 - high,
- 19/12/24 low
That all looks too neat to be coincidence.
Any upward movement in IMU could be stymied by oblique resistance and 50-Day EMA which have proved to be barriers since 14 October. Until those levels are breached - the long-term trend remains down.
