She's tone deaf. A CEO that can only exuberantly answer softball/scripted questions on proactive interviews and run for the hills when given the opportunity to engage with shareholders on some of the tougher questions isn't a CEO that can deliver success.
She knows what's going on and where sentiment is at, all she had to do was stick around for 10 minutes for some unscripted engagement with the people who are providing the funds that pay her wages. Too hard basket apparently. Just cut the feed before you finish your last word and head off for morning tea.
Remote participation in public co meetings for company leadership should be outlawed, she should have been made to attend and face people in person. A real leader would have done that without having to be forced.
