As if I don't have enough to do already Slick you now have me checking the syntax of the algorithms of various website chart providers.
BigCharts.com & BarCharts.com have the same settings as us but are different on their plots.
This is why I've never liked indicators where the parameters can be altered by the user which can lead to "curve fitting" to suit the analysists confirmation bias.
Not that any of this matters as long as the PSar indicator isn't used as a stand-alone decision maker but that goes without saying.

You raise a very valid point though in that we should inform our readers if we have deviated from the industry accepted standard for an oscillator/indicator, or in other words those who invented them.
