Unfortunately both StockH and the lawyers are getting the exact phrasing from LC as she said
"we're very pleased to lock
in this upfront funding, which also avoids some of the pitfalls of other convertible notes
such as interest and security.”
They aren't two independent sources - its just the lawyers and a paid article saying exaclty what their client says - this is to be expected I suppose.
Unfortunately there are many pitfalls with CVs and they haven't avoided the a low low conversion price after May this year.
