Thanks Bob for the question.

I usually swing trade Large Cap stocks - so your question is pertinent.

Besides trading (and investing in) Large Caps, I also like to have a wild card, speculative stock, going for what is pocket money.

IMU happens to be it for now.

Why IMU?

A while ago I was struck by the Big C and IMU caught my eye because of its clinical work on highly resistant forms of Cancer. (Hardly a good reason for picking a stock, but I've only put a relatively small amount into it - and it fulfils my requirements for having a speccy.)

(I am lucky enough to be in remission now after conventional treatment and appear to have had a CR.)

So I put a few pennies into IMU. I also have an M.Sc. and IMU peaks my interest from a scientific and social point of view.

IMU - for all its gyrations - does, in fact, trend well. Look at the 13-Week EMA for confirmation. That's the blue line on the chart below.

Technically, I'm a bit optimistic about the future for IMU. It appears to be forming a base, and a couple of indicators are showing good positive divergences, e.g., SMI and MACD Histogram. So momentum seems to swinging around.

A possible double bottom may be forming. IMU needs a weekly close above 0.046 to confirm.
