    I'm sorry AICp but your stream of dribble is almost impossible to follow. If you'd like to pen a few properly constructed sentences with some sense of reasoning & logical argument, I'll happily respond. Also you should closely read the term sheet again as your word salad contained a number of inaccuracies.

    Maybe ask chatgpt if this is a good deal for shareholders & what are the possible outcome scenarios. That should be interesting.....
